Videos are surely a good way to both teach and advertise. I know it would influence my decision to upgrade to a paid membership if I could view the videos currently restricted to paid members only.

It seems obvious that the restrictions on the products are because they are more valuable, but how can one evaluate their benefits if information isn't available?

Anyone can view the videos, the reason they say Silver, Gold and Platinum members only, is because those are the memberships that have access to the respective software. As a free member you can still view the videos. If you are unable to, it is not due to restrictions on your account.
