Theme help - healthy-foods-10

Installed this awesome theme but having trouble figuring things out.
#1 at the top it say says to edit the text message in header.php? Don't know where to do this.
#2 it has 4 blocks for text widgets for ads yet I have no clue where to add anything for them. The Ads & Banner set up page doesn't show anything or maybe I just don't understand.
Is there someway to access the entire HTML page for this to make edits and changes and how do I get there.

Hi Phil,
Since you are not hosting this site yourself, you will be unable to edit the files from within the wp-admin.
You will be able to access and copy paste these files to a text editor. Then you can edit as needed to meet your needs.
I think you could then ftp the edited files to the site, overwriting the others.
I am not 100% sure of that. You could also file a ticket asking for help.
You would be advised to provide the details of the edits you want made.
