I use aweber and copied/pasted the html form code into the ad & banner box. But it displays the code with some of the form not showing code.

What am I missing?

What does your code look like?
If it has Javascript in it, the WPDirect editor won't be able to render it correctly.

Try putting it into a blank text widget in your wp-admin.
