Premium Theme Question

I installed a new site last night, using the Titanium theme.
When I look at the site the site title isnt showing. Refreshed several times
with no luck.

You think the theme is broken? Also the photos I am using are from istock.
Any suggestions on using paint.net to get them looking better? Thanks.
