I-company theme?

Hi,
I added a new site last night on the icompany premium
theme. In the header section, we can upload our pictures.
Well I did but am having trouble figuring out paint.net to modify the pic.

After downloading the picture its too small for the header. When I try to
make it larger via paint.net it gets really fuzzy looking. Is there a way to
make the resolution better when making these pics larger?

I am using sxc.photo.service.com. Its royalty free.
