Changing Header

Hello
Can anyone tell me how to change the header theme on my current blog a new theme I would like to upload? Also how would I upload the new header theme and how can I see the demensions of my current header and the one I want to install. Thanks for all of your help. :)

Your terminology is making your question a little confusing.
Do you just want to change the Header image and not the whole theme?
You can change a theme header image through the following steps:

1- Right click on the image on the webpage and select background image. The url of the background image is where that particular image is stored.

2- Create your own image of the same size and proportion using an image editor such as photoshop. You can get the proportions of the header image by right clicking and then selecting properties.

3- Connect to your site via FTP. Rename the image file identified in step 1 and save your new image file in it's place.
