Trouble with Auto Posting

I am having trouble with the posting of content function. When I try to go the Wordpress Answers function I am told I need to use the key. I click on the admin button and go to a Wordpress page with a password box. I put the key in there and click the Login button. The page starts to redirect and then returns to the Wordpress Login Page. I try to click on the buttons at the top of the page and it just brings me back to the Login page again.
Can anyone give me some direction on this function?

Try to reinstall the software module. That will sometimes work.

Where do you get the key?

If it is a lisence key issue, you need to submit it as a ticket.
