View Full Version : Silver to FREE account issues

I went to install about 20 new blogs for the domains I just bought and my account now says FREE after I have been a Silver Member. I have submitted a support ticket and have not heard anything. So, I hoping someone here in teh forums can tell me what is going on.

I currently have 11 sites installed and I host my own.

Based on your username I think I was able to find your account and will private message you about the status of it.

As far as ticket submission, your history shows that none have been received from you. To submit a ticket properly, you need to log into your account and then log into the Help Desk. There are two submit buttons and the second one is sometimes easy to miss since it is at the bottom of the screen after you click the first one. Make sure you get the screen that tells you your ticket has been submitted successfully. It should immediately show up in your ticket history. The next ticket you submit, you should keep track of the ticket number so we can determine if in fact there is a problem with the ticket submission system.
