WPD installed, but now want a new wordpress site without using WPD

Ok well basically i have my WPD site installed on my hostgator account, now i want to install 2 new domains but want to use Fantastico Deluxe and install them manually instead of using WPD.

I added the new domains to CPANEL, and they have added to the file directory like below:

However i'm just curious to why my first URL (site) which i installed using WPD the URL isn't displayed? Also are my folders, etc (above picture) in the correct place to install wordpress for my two new domains?

Oh and a very weird problem, when i added the new domains, and under sub-domain the new domains added as a subdomain to my original domain?

not weird at all!
this is how it's supposed to be set up.
the URL you installed with WPD is in the 'www' and the 'public_html' folders.
your subdomains are given their own folders, named like the domain.
you have one main account which you installed a WPD site on, and the other two sites are installed on top of that account.
