Hello,

If you have blacklisted me then kindly tell me letting me know how I can extract my blog from your WPD set-up. I will deal with whatever challenges that this creates. I will also want to have a word with our mutual friend Ed Dale who recommended this service to me.

I would far prefer it if you were to at least once answer the urgent support requests I have been posting to you - or do you only write back to people if everything is rosey in the garden?

I am thoroughly fed up with the service you are giving me and I am seriously wondering why on earth am I paying you a monthly fee when you take a week or more to reply to my support requests (... if ever) and when so very few of the services I am supposed to be paying you for actually work.

Don't believe me? Here's an abridged list of just some of the problems I continue to struggle with appertaining to your service:

1/ The Ads and Banners Icon has been missing for all but one week of my 4 months or more with you (... and yes it has disappeared again)

2/ When the Icon was there and I clicked thru on it, the banner facility and the Sales Offer aspect didn't work anyway (the Sales Offer ad that you can see on my page had been set up in WP, not WPD, by one of your tech people)

3/ The Automated Feeder doesn't feed at the times stated, leaving me with no confidence in it whatsoever

4/ On saving an inventory to autopost, on return the inventory is no longer there, so I have to go do it all again

5/ You tell us that contrary to the promises we were made when signing up at the beginning, the automated posting is now restricted to once every 3 days or so now, completely overwriting the whole point of using your service in the first place.

6/ Going to set up the RSS Poster, using the viddler video you posted in the How It Works tab, I copy paste the blog feed in the space to the left, add the umbrells keyword 'solar' and ... nothing .. Just a spinning symbol ongoingly.

7/ Going to use the Youtube Wordpress Poster I get the following message: "License key does not match key string in key file" and it won't perform any searches for me. Checking this I find that the match is exact but this system wont accept that fact, so I cannot use that aspect of the WPD service.

8/ Going to use the WordPress Answers facility, again I get the message: "License key does not match key string in key file" despite the fact that it does match perfectly

After receiving an email from your support in which I was advised in as many words to go do it myself (an interesting interpretation of the word 'support'), I have received less and less support from you to the point now where it has been two whole weeks since I sent you the last of several URGENT support requests NONE of which have been replied to.

So reluctantly, I am left with no alternative but to ask you, how do I disentangle my blog from your WPD interface as I really am not willing to keep paying you all this money for a load of stuff that doesnt work and then be insulted by you deliberately ignoring my pleas for help. Frankly, the 'services' you offer are mostly freely available online anyway.

What most upsets me in all of this is the idea that I have been paying money to people who clearly do not care one jot about me.

Given that I have paid for 3 months or more of your service I feel I have a right to expect that the plug-ins should remain within my WordPress blog.

If you continue to ignore me in my request today, I will have to look into some other authority to sort this sad situation out. I still can scarcely believe that your company, a company recommended by Ed Dale, can have such a poor quality product and then, for your company to have treated me so badly is extremely disappointing.

I just looked at your ticket history, and every single one of them has been addressed, and in 2 out of 3 cases the replies went back and forth multiple times. If you had difficulty submitting a ticket at some point after those 3, I apologize, I would just assume you would reply within a previous open ticket and let us know.

1. Which Ads and Banners Icon are you referring to? I am able to access that section of your WPD account and your ads and banners are there so I don't know what you mean by missing.

2. Again, "when" the add was there, does not help me troubleshoot your problem, since the ad is there now. Also, I just tried the link on your site and it worked perfectly.

3. Which automated feeder are you referring to? The RSS feeder?

4. Perhaps you have not viewed the How-It-Works videos? I tried it on your site and it worked perfectly.

5. No. We restricted the use of the autoposting software to paid members. The reasons for this were emailed to you. If you are not receiving emails, due to failure to confirm, please submit a ticket and we will add you to aweber.

6. The spinning does not give me much to go on other than either try again, or check your connection. Again, I just tried a test feed and it worked fine.

7. This has been fixed for you. The reason for it was actually quite simple. Our licensing server did not show your site as including the "www." However it is fixed. Same for number 8.

8. See number 7.

It's unfortunate you had to post all of your issues in this forum, and the 30DC forum, since we have a talented staff of people awaiting to solve problems that come via the tickets in the support desk. I would be concerned that you were unable to, yet you have submitted tickets before that were awaiting your reply. If there is an underlying issue, we would really like to be aware of it so we can fix it.
