Need help with a ticket

I submitted a ticket for help today and have not heard anything and have been monitoring this forum and have not seen an administrator to ask my question. Can a moderator tell me how to get in touch with somebody at the help desk?

I also have a ticket problem. I submitted a ticket and it has been two days now and no one has gotten back to me. I have about three tickets open now and I am still waiting for someone to help me.
